At the end of a Year...

This time of the year is the happiest and saddest time. I love lazy afternoons spent eating tons of food and watching all the films. If you follow me on Instagram you know I haven't left the house much and had a lot of film firsts this Christmas time.

I haven't been on here since I got back from 'Merica. My camera died right when I got home and I've been too busy/lazy to charge the batteries.  

So here's just a few pictures of our little shack. It's very Christmassy,

Now it's time for me to go out and buy all the beans and greens my two arms can carry! My only resolution for next year is to be happy.  See you soon!

Memories in my pocket.

I'm gonna be flying real high in the friendly skies this weekend back to my sweet home state of Georgia. As much as I miss that place, I know I'll be so very homesick for Bristol. I've been going through my huge hoard of photos on my 'puter and I've picked some of my favourites to take along with me!

I'm so lucky to have so many lovely friends to come home too (and a cute hubby!)

My Monday became a Friday all of a sudden. I'm unexpectedly busy for an unemployed person. A little pop up shop I've been working on will be opening up  in a few weeks and I'm leaving next. I've left all sorts of projects to the last minute and have decided to start making lists today as soon as I wake up and get out of these jammies.

So to make up for my absence on the so very young blog here is my life in the past coupla weeks in pictures. (Mostly from London!)

The Day after Halloween.

Last night was the most fun ever! Me and the hubs and my pals Jayne and Brett went to a haunted trail at Bristol Zoo. Sadly we couldn't take any photos, but it was silly. Lots of zombies and a really dodgy plot! It was so much fun!

Now all of the Halloween fun is over (bring on Thanksgiving and Christmas!) and I've spent this morning removing all the evidence of my favourite holiday. Like Christmas it breaks my heart every year to take it down.

But I always try to keep little bits around to remind me of my favourite time of the year!
